Merve Karakaş
Managing Partner
Merve is a graduate of Bilgi University, 2015.
After working in the largest telecom company, Turk Telekom, she moved to largest Turkish media group where she managed hundreds of active cases for the company.
She is specialized in Employement, Media, Insurance, and Debt Collection.
Zafer Başkurt
Partner
Zafer Başkurt is a graduate of Ankara University Law School, 1980.
Following his graduation he became a public prosecutor. Then he was appointed as the chairman of Grave Criminal Court in İstanbul. He was also a member of State Security Court.
Since his retirement in 2011, he is a criminal defense lawyer. He was the head lawyer in some of the important cases of very-well known people in Turkey.
Vasfi Karakaş
Counsel | Founder
Vasfi Karakas is a graduate of Istanbul Universtiy Law School, second oldest law school in the world, at 1988. He started the firm in 1993 and soon after he became the head legal manager and then vice president of some of the municipalities in Istanbul.
At the moment he is mentoring the firm as a lawyer for 33 years and with his 27 years' of expertise in the government, especially in real-estate, construction, tax and zoning.

Eren Başkurt
Senior Associate
Eren is a lawyer registered to İstanbul Bar since 2007. During his 15 year career he worked on some of the most important criminal and sports cases.
He was a member and legal counsel of the Professional Football Discipline Board of Turkish Football Federation.
He is also counsel to the largest media group in Turkey.
His expertise is Criminal Law, IT Law and Sports Law.
Sezgin Karakaş
Associate
Sezgin has graduated from Law School in 2013 and started his career in Türk Telekom.
Later he started advising foreign clients on their investments in Turkey, mostly in Real-Estate and IT/Software.
He is specialized and advising clients in Real-estate, Intellectual Property, Competition, Data Protection Payment Services.
